In 1820, the Genovese Judge Luigi Vital Monteverdi married the owner of the estate and the house became known as Quinta do Monteverde. Recently, this manor house was completely renovated with the interior retaining its ancient secular touch, being nestled within a peaceful walled estate offering valuable privacy and comfort, an attractive swimming pool, a game room and bicycles.
