CASA DO TAMANQUEIRO - ESTORÃOS, PONTE DE LIMA

An 18th Century granite construction, originally occupied by a clog maker ('Tamanqueiro'), Casa do Tamanqueiro later became part of a farm, lending a rustic quality to this charming cottage.

Inside, you will find the traditional stone fireside and kitchen, so typical of the Minho region, decorated with local handicrafts and pottery.

The house was carefully restored to welcome guests with comfort.

Located on a small farm, it is bordered to the south by a river of clear waters where you can take pleasant baths in a tranquil and restful atmosphere.

The visitor also has at his disposal a considerable surrounding area of countryside, which provides peace and well-being.
