The village of Brotas is a typical village from Alentejo, it has a very well preserved architectonic legacy and many traditions connected to the local history and culture. Six houses have been recovered to welcome those that wish to discover a region rich with traditions.
The houses have capacity for groups between 2 and 5 people, allowing for a stay with total independence. All houses have a small kitchen where meals can be prepared, the rooms with fireplace and the typical decoration from Alentejo are wonderful for a relaxed evening.
Each house has been named after the fellowship it used to belong, keeping its original looks.
Brotas has five hundred years of history and a rich architectonic patrimony, from which Nossa Senhora de Brotas Sanctuary and the great Torre das Águias are obligatory stops for those that visit the Village. A calm place and away from the more busy tourism circuits, and specially by its unique character the village of Brotas is a true culture patrimony treasure.
