In the middle of the Cova da Beira among the mountains of Serra da Gardunha and Serra da Estrela this manor house dates from the 18th century, it was dedicated to the kings of Portugal - D. Afonso IV to D. Maria I. At the present time the owners reconverted the whole house with comfort and genuine atmosphere of a traditional stately home. Casa do Cimo has a homelike spirit it is the ideal place to rest, to walk, to hiking and to do Mountains Sport.

How to Get There

From Oporto: Take the motorway A1 to Lisbon. Leave the motorway in Aveiro and take the IP 5/A25 to Guarda. In Guarda take the IP2/A23 to Castelo Branco, and leave the IP2/A23 in Fundão. In the top of the main avenue in Fundão you will see a sign to Aldeia Nova do Cabo. After 2 km you arrive to the village. The House is in the centre of Village.
