The current owners started its reconstruction in 1996, keeping the typical and peculiar features that identify it with the Minhota region where it is placed. During restoration, the owners also had to consider the touristic activity which they intended to develop there. The stone walls were restored leaving the typical granite of the region visible, also permiting full isolation of the interiors in order to achieve the best comfort and commodity. The exterior space is carefully gardened, having hidden places full of beauty.
